What is the BRG Dining Rewards Program?
The BRG Dining Rewards Program is our way of thanking and rewarding the many guests whose loyalty has made BRG what it is today. It gives guests a way to earn rewards on the purchase of food and beverages at either of BRG’s restaurants.
How do I become a member?
Set up your new account here or by clicking the button above. No purchase is required to become a member and you can start earning points immediately.
Is there a cost to join?
No. There is no cost to join the program.
Can I add members to my account?
The program is intended for individual use. Only one membership card or number may be associated with your account.
How do I earn points and rewards?
Points are earned for every food and beverage purchase when you dine in our restaurants or purchase a carryout. For every $1 spent, 1 point is added to your account. For every 300 points earned, a $20 reward will be added to your card, which is redeemable the following day.
To earn points in the restaurant, just give the server your name and phone number.
Please note that points are not earned when purchasing gift cards and rewards may not be used to purchase gift cards.
All rewards expire 24 months from the earning date.
Can I receive points for a catered event?
No, points are not given for catered events. However, we will make sure that you will be rewarded in other ways!
Can I receive points if another guest pays the dining check?
Yes, we can assign any member number to the check. Payment is independent.
When will my points be available for redemption?
Points are applied to your account within 24 hours of your payment transaction. Rewards will be available for redemption after this 24-hour period.
What can I redeem my rewards for?
Rewards can be redeemed for food and beverage purchases at either of our restaurants. Rewards may also be redeemed for takeout by calling the restaurant when you place your order.
Please note that reward dollars may not be used on Happy Hour purchases. Rewards may not be used to purchase gift cards and gift card purchases do not add points to your account.
How long will my points stay in my account?
The points and rewards you earn remain on your account for 6 months. Check your card balance any time.
Will my contact information be released to any third parties?
Absolutely not. Your personal information is only used internally for the administration and execution of BRG-related programs.
Will my points increase in value based on how much I spend?
No. To provide full and maximum benefits to all members, a flat rate of 1 point per dollar spent is given to all guests.
How do I manage my account?
BRG Dining Rewards Program accounts, balances, and profile information may be easily managed here.
Are there any other benefits to being a BRG Dining Rewards Member?
There are! BRG Dining Rewards Program members receive periodic notifications of upcoming events, promotions, and specials. You also have exclusive access to member-only incentives and deals throughout the year.
In addition, you will receive a birthday reward of $20 off any purchase of $45 or more, valid the month of your birthday!
Will I receive payments on purchases made with BRG gift cards?
Yes! Food & beverage payments made with BRG Gift Cards are eligible to earn points. Remember though, the purchase of the gift card itself is not eligible to earn points.
Will I receive a physical membership card when I start my account?
We no longer issue physical cards for the BRG Dining Rewards Program. It is now completely online and can be accessed here, or at either of our restaurants by providing your server with your name or phone number.
