In 2004, internationally renowned Chef Jeff and retail designer and CMO Rosemarie Baldwin opened J.Baldwin’s and quietly shifted what dining felt like in Macomb County. Elevated, intentional, warm. A place built on hospitality first.
Testa Barra followed in 2017, carrying the family’s legacy into a vibrant Italian kitchen led by CIA graduates and husband and wife duo, Chefs Mike and Gabriella Baldwin. Hand tossed pizzas, fresh pastas made daily, and local ingredients in a room that hums.
At the center of it all is wine and spirits. Director of Operations and Head Sommelier Jeffrey Baldwin leads a program shaped by discipline and passion, mentoring more than 20 certified sommeliers across the group and setting a standard that turns dinner into an experience.
