Our culinary team is led by Chefs Michael and Gabriella Baldwin who both graduated from the world-renowned Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park New York. Our Hospitality & Beverage Team is led by Northwood grad and Head certified Sommelier Jeffrey Baldwin.

We pride ourselves on our award-winning pizza program that is led by Chef Michael who placed at the international pizza competition in Las Vegas, NV. We are also always keeping up with the latest food trends, some of which you can watch on one of Chef Gabriella’s many Food Network appearances over the course of her career including Beat Bobby Flay, Super Chef Grudge Match, and Guys Grocery Games; as well as a win that the culinary couple both took home on the Food Network Show “Family Restaurant Rivals.”
