I first met Norm LePage, the owner of Griffin Claw, when my dad was a chef at his restaurant. Norm ripped a $100 bill in half and gave a piece to me and my brother. Years later, I attended the Culinary Institute of America, just like my dad, and met my future wife Gabriella in the Hudson Valley of New York. We fell in love, moved to Michigan, got married, and opened our “first baby” Testa Barra.

We recently welcomed our baby boy HUDSON into the world. With his arrival, we wanted to create a delicious beer as bright as his smile! In collaboration with long-time friends and an incredible brewery, we bring you this bright, easy-drinking Pilsner with notes of citrus and sun. We invite you to share it with us. Sempre Famiglia!
